Most cans of mixed nuts are disappointing because they have too many less appealing nuts included. Walnuts and peanuts are mostly wasted space. Walnuts are especially problematic because they take up extra space, blocking out the better nuts. But finally, I have found the perfect nut mix. It’s Gold Emblem Cashew and Macadamia nut mix. It’s the perfect mix and the nut quality is excellent. Both the cashews and macadamias are crisp and crunchy. And the roasted and salted flavor is great. They’ve been on a good sale at CVS lately so I’ve grabbed a bunch of cans.
